How the PayPal payout works in the Philippines
PayPal rewards are sent through Tremendous, our payout partner, so claiming has two steps. First, redeem the reward in the Store and enter your phone number as your contact. Second, open the My Rewards tab, tap Redeem Now beside the order, and enter your PayPal email on the Tremendous page. The button stays there until you use it, so no worries if you miss it the first time.
Most PayPal rewards arrive within minutes after you tap Redeem Now. Sometimes it takes up to 24 hours. If it still has not arrived after 24 hours, message support with the reward name and the date you redeemed, and we will trace it. If a payout fails on our side, your points are refunded automatically.
Halo Mini will never ask for your PayPal password or a one-time code. All we need is the email address on your PayPal account.
Withdrawing your PayPal money to a bank in the Philippines
Halo Mini pays in US dollars. To use the money here, you withdraw from PayPal to your linked Philippine bank. Based on PayPal's fee schedule for the Philippines, last updated May 2026, bank withdrawals under PHP 7,000 have a PHP 50 fee. At PHP 7,000 or more there is no PayPal fee, but currency conversion still applies. PayPal's help page says a standard bank transfer usually takes 1 business day, and up to 3 to 5 depending on your bank.
Since the fee is charged per withdrawal, it makes more sense to let a few Halo Mini rewards build up in your PayPal balance and withdraw once, instead of cashing out every $1 or $3 reward one by one. Take note that PayPal also adds its own currency conversion margin when it converts dollars to pesos, so check the current rate on PayPal's fee page before you withdraw.

Watch out for these before you cash out
Ignore anyone in Telegram or Facebook groups offering to buy or swap your PayPal balance for cash or an e-wallet cash-in. That is a common scam, and players have lost money to it. Withdraw through PayPal's own bank transfer instead.
Your PayPal account also needs to be able to receive money. If PayPal asks you to verify your identity or link a bank before you can withdraw, that is PayPal's own requirement. Halo Mini does not ask for any ID.
